With over 20 years of relevant management consulting expertise, Mitch Salzberg is the seasoned leadership advisor behind Salzberg Leadership Partners. As the Founder and Managing Partner, Mitch provides invaluable guidance to investors, boards, CEOs, and other C-suite leaders in the realms of executive assessment, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and skills training.

Prior to establishing Salzberg Leadership Partners in 2023, Mitch spent nine impactful years at ghSMART, a premier consultancy renowned for advising investors, boards, and C-suite executives on crucial matters bridging strategy and human capital. During his tenure, Mitch not only honed his skillset in assessing and nurturing executive talent for key leadership roles but also distinguished himself by consistently delivering high quality product and insights through his unparalleled dedication to clients. Recognizing his exceptional expertise and commitment, Mitch was selected as one of ghSMART's core trainers, entrusted with developing and mentoring new recruits to transfer his top-notch standards to the next generation.

Before his tenure at ghSMART, Mitch served as a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he collaborated with senior executives to tackle intricate issues pertaining to business strategy, operational effectiveness, organizational design, business transformation, and change management. Mitch's expertise traversed various industries, serving numerous Fortune 500 clients in both the United States and Canada. Beyond client engagements, Mitch played an integral role in enhancing BCG's talent acquisition efforts for the West Coast offices. Additionally, he served as a facilitator for BCG's Predictability, Teaming, and Open Communication (PTO) initiative, where he imparted transformative leadership coaching and targeted problem-solving techniques to elevate the morale, productivity, and overall output quality of case teams.

Mitch's career journey also encompassed influential roles at Capital One Financial, where he led a team of analysts in mining and analyzing critical data to craft and validate profitable marketing strategies. Prior to that, he steered teams at two high-tech start-up companies, spearheading the development of cutting-edge telecommunications technologies.

Mitch earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, graduating with the esteemed Palmer Scholar distinction. Additionally, he holds both a bachelor's and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Photonics from McGill University. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mitch is a devoted family man, residing in Dallas with his wife and two children.
